- Tariff / Charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and such charges are not refundable as this is a prepaid services.
- GST @ 18% is not included in the tariff/ charges and is payable over and above the plan charges.
- The Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
- The Company shall reserve the rights to modify/withdraw this T&C including but limited to tariff plans and display the same in its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the the Customer.
- Any one time charges paid to us at the time of installation are non refundable.
- Company may extend refund to User only for his first payment in case of no-feasibility for building new connection to requested address.
- Online refund may be extended to the User, when the transaction is incomplete, in the sense that the User's plan is not renewed, but online payment has been generated.
- Any fault in ONU/ROUTER to be replaced by us within 5 working days from the time of raising complaint with us.
- Replacement of ONU due to upgrade / downgrade be done by us within 5 working days from the time of raising request with us
- Refund to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account / wallet linked to the phone number registered with us. No other bank account to be used for refunds. Cash and Cheque not to be used for customer refund.
- The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. WiFi Speed is subject to customer premises in-house coverage & WIFI Router/customer premises device performance.
- By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium like phone call, social networking channels, website, etc, you agree to receive any promotional messages, material and be contacted by us.
- All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.
- Not all offered prices are available on renew;
- Prices offered by us are subject to location and plans.
- Only calls made on the provided number will be accepted. In case you reach out to any other number and get some fraud information, we are not liable.
- Every entry must be made through a unique mobile number. Calling from same number more then one time might result in non acceptance of the answer even if it is correct.
- If the caller's details are found to be inaccurate or false in any way, the caller will be disqualified immediately.
- We reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without citing any reason whatsoever.
- All the plans are available on basis of monthly advance only.
- Mbps means Megabits per second, GB means Gigabytes.
- Our services are only for a single household, redistributing our packages will result in eternal ban of the internet.
- These plans are not allowed for any commercial use like office, share market, cyber cafe etc.
- We reserves the right to modify/withdraw the tariff plans without prior notice.
- Download/ Upload speeds indicated are speed only up to our ISP node. There is no assurance that the said speed will be maintained beyond our ISP node. Even up to our ISP node, it may not be maintained at all times depending upon the network congestion, technical reasons or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Customers can avail up to mentioned bandwidth for respective packages.
- Service is provided to customer alone and he/she cannot assign to anyone.
- All Plans include symmetric speed, i.e. Download & Upload speeds are same.
- Data Usage includes Download and Upload.
- For any type of router configuration (router reset/password change/ip change, etc) customer will have to bring router at our office. Configuration at home will be charge Rs 100.
- An amount equivalent to plan rental of selected plan, Registration Charges, Router/other charges would be collected at the time of signing of Customer Application Form (CAF).
- Wire and other instruments used of connection are the property of ARKTEL NETWORKS PVT. LTD.
- We are not responsible for any type of natural damages.
- If cheque is not honored, we resolves the right to deactivate the user's pack and levy a charge of Rs 250.
- Connection shifting mean, connection shift within the building of same address. Connection shifting charges Rs 200/- In case wire found short, wire charge of Rs 100 extra will be charged.
- Connection shifting at new location/new address will be consider as a New Connection.
- Use of Wi-Fi router is on customer own risk.
- If wire damage(inside or outside) due to any reason and it need to be change( fully change or some part change), customer will have to pay wire charge extra.
- In close connection if wire is lost or damaged, maximum of Rs 500/- will be charged.
- If Customer recharge package after 30 days of last expiry date, Rs 100/- as a reactivation charge will be levy, (wire charges extra).
- If Customer recharge package after 90 days of last expiry date, it will be treated as a close connection/new connection.
- Customer will have to pay Internet Charges before due date, otherwise Late Payment Charges will be levy.
